Cisco UC500 Small Business Systems Reach End of Support

The Cisco UC520, UC540 and UC560 will all reach End of Hardware Support between September 2016 and January 2017. These Small Business Unified Communications systems provided an integrated platform for voice & data communications, voicemail, automated attendant, video, security, and wireless capabilities while integrating with existing desktop applications such as calendar and email. The recommended upgrade path is to upgrade to a Cisco Business Edition 6000, or migrate to Cisco HCS (Hosted Collaboration Solution).
