In February, Chris Avery, Senior Network Engineer at CTComp, installed and configured 2 new Cisco ASA-5515 Firewalls for Local 478. This project was special because it was designed by Chris to include FirePOWER Services – a product that Cisco gained as part of their Sourcefire acquisition. FirePOWER subscriptions add URL filtering, Advanced Malware Protection, and next-gen IPS to the already robust enterprise-class ASA firewall platform.
